SHIPPING POLICY

New Secrets Tea ships orders with care from Baltimore, Maryland.

U.S. shipping
We offer free U.S. Economy shipping on orders of $50 or more. Orders below $50 will be offered the available shipping options and rates shown at checkout.

Processing
Orders are processed before shipment. During launches, holidays, restocks, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer than usual. Any known extended processing or backorder information will be communicated on the applicable product page or to affected customers.

Shipping estimates shown at checkout begin after an order has been processed and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive shipment information after your order has been fulfilled. Carrier scans and tracking updates may occasionally take time to appear.

Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

International orders
International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout for supported destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@shopnewsecretstea.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
