These Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) apply to the New Secrets Tea mobile messaging program operated by New Secrets Tea, a brand of Vital Ventures Inc. (“New Secrets Tea,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from New Secrets Tea, you agree to these Mobile Terms.

Program Description

When you opt in, you may receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from New Secrets Tea, including messages about product launches, early access, new products, special offers, abandoned carts or checkouts, restocks, and other brand updates. Message frequency varies.

Consent

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from or on behalf of New Secrets Tea at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s rates and terms govern your mobile service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting Out

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive marketing texts from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
